AGWA de Bolivia Coca Herbal (Netherlands); 30% abv (Netherlands)

FEATURED

Bright, semi-fluorescent green with perfect clarity. The nose is complex with a delicate floral note taking the lead with sweet herbal and citrus (lime takes the lead here) notes and accents of anise. The palate echoes the nose upfront with a sweet, soft entry that then turns peppery. The finish is part sweet herb and lime with pepper and a rising menthol-like note that completes the taste experience.

Blue Ice Organic Wheat Vodka (USA); 40% abv (USA)

FEATURED

Crystal clear. The nose is soft and delicate with fresh scents of river rock, sweet grains, and faint citrus accents. The palate echoes the nose being more lush and silky than expected. This Vodka’s greatest assets are its texture and purity that make it an ideal candidate for the dry Vodka martini. Made with organic American wheat.

Brinley Gold “Shipwreck” 4 yr old, St. Kitts West Indies Spiced Rum 36% abv (St. Kitts West Indies)

FEATURED

Brilliant amber color. The nose is rich and complex with brown spice notes, rich dark molasses Rum, candied orange peel, vanilla, and tropical fruits. The palate echoes the nose giving full dimension to the aromatics offering layers of Rum, spice and fruit. The lovely Spirit offers just enough sweetness to carry the mélange of spice notes. You can feel the subtle bite of clove. Who would have thought that you could find Spiced Rum worthy of sipping straight? An instant upgrade to the category.

Bushmills “1608 - Anniversary Edition” Irish Whiskey (Ireland); 46% abv (Ireland)

FEATURED

Brilliant amber color. At the first nosing you are aware that this is a beauty, a special whiskey worthy of a special anniversary from a top distiller. Complex aromas of barley honey, with sweet caramel malt, toffee, figs, brown butter, and hints of the tropics fill the nose. The palate echoes the mélange of scents delivered on a full-bodied palate that generously provides endless waves of flavor. The finest Bushmills Whiskey that I have ever had.

Clynelish 14 yr old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Scotland); 46% abv (Scotland)

FEATURED

Brilliant, deep golden color. The nose is complex and beautiful and is a serious contender for the best aromatic profile in the single malt Whisky world. The aromatics seamlessly marry notes of sweet malt, toasted grain, tea biscuits, heather, honey and accents of sea salt, vanilla, and caramel. The palate echoes the nose with its rich and velvet like texture that provides the perfect vehicle for the complex mélange of flavors. Incredibly stylish, distinctive, and generous, flirting with perfection.

Dry Fly “Washington Wheat” Vodka (USA); 40% abv (USA)

FEATURED

Crystal clear. Once the appearance is considered, it holds absolutely no resemblance to a classic Vodka and we mean this in a very positive sense. It is amazingly fruity (apples & berry) with strong accents of cream soda and hints of cocoa. The palate delivers the same while being amazingly lush with a silky texture that extends the flavors for minutes. This attractive drink has perhaps launched a new spirit category.

El Don Blanco, 100% Agave Tequila (Mexico); 40% abv (Mexico)

FEATURED

Crystal clear. The nose is incredibly generous and pure with powerful scents of sweet agave, wet grass, tropical fruits, candied lime zest, and fresh herbs. The palate delivers much of the same on a semi-lush palate that is kept vibrant with a lively citrus tinged edge and a peppery finish. This blanco is very clean and pure ideal for solo sipping or perfect in your fresh margarita.

Finlandia Tangerine Fusion Vodka (Finland); 37.5% abv (Finland)

FEATURED

Crystal clear. The nose reveals a generous and complex spirit that ideally captures the essence of the whole tangerine from the juice to the pulp and zest. It’s essentially a tangerine eau-de-vie. The palate is true to the aromatics being fruity and lush while crisp and balanced. This latest infusion from Finlandia is every bit as good as their delicious and highly acclaimed grapefruit infusion. The cocktail possibilities are endless.

Glenfarclas 12 yr old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Scotland); 43% abv (Scotland)

FEATURED

Bright amber color. The nose is dense with scents of rich fruitcake, caramel, Sherry, roasted walnuts, toffee, and ginger biscuits. The palate echoes the nose delivering waves of decadent fruit, spice, and malt with a generous dose of sweet Sherry. A real gem with much more depth and style than many of its 12-year-old peers. Simply beautiful and hedonistic.

Glenfarclas 17 yr old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Scotland); 43% abv (Scotland)

FEATURED

Deep golden to amber color. Rich and complex aromas of dried apricots, figs, roasted nuts, toffee, and a generous dose of Sherry leap from the glass. The palate is a natural extension of the aromatic profile revealing further dimensions of marzipan, sweet black currants, allspice, and hints of clove. Perfectly proportioned with hedonistic pleasure and style. A near perfect Whisky with incredibly broad appeal causing confirmed Whisky skeptics to swoon. Tremendous!
